Panel of Military, Government and Aviation Personnel Urge USA to Take UFOs Serious

Since the Vatican has went public with a positive view on UFOs, and Britain has also went public by opening up their secret UFO files—just maybe it is time for the United States to quit playing hide and seek with the little green men. Of course, maybe they have more to hide than anyone else because they are the only one who is keeping a tight lip it.

When Britain went public May 13, 2008, with their “Report of Unusual Aerial Phenomenon”, more than 1000 pages of secret UFO documents were released from their National Archives. This is just one of the many credible unexplained reports coming from highly qualified professional air traffic controllers, and are part of the new public files. Wishing to remain anonymous for safety reasons, the witnesses have come close to the UFOs—one pilot reported a UFO object about 1.5 nautical miles from his wing, safely guessing it may be a meteor or a missile instead of what it actually was.

What has not been found is proof of alien activity or even alien spacecraft—so far. “The Ministry of Defense doesn’t have any evidence that our defenses were breached by alien craft. They never found one, no bits of one, that’s all we can say,” said David Clarke, a UFO expert who has worked with the National Archives on the document release.

One of the few major UFO investigations from 1947 to 1969, the United State’s Air Force has the Project Blue Book, investigating 12,618 sightings and 701 were unidentified, with an extended list of 1,500 unknown UFOs in the Blue Book. Presently about 10% of its microfilm is on the web with free online access to the National Archives Blue Book Archives. A serious operation throughout the years of its operation, the Air Force closed its study on December 18, 1969.
